After School Group Leader / Early Learning Education Professional
About The Position
AlphaBEST Education is hiring an After School Group Leader for its Sanger ISD program in Sanger, Texas. The role supports extended-day and enrichment programming designed to engage students in a fun, safe environment. The Group Leader guides students through daily curriculum activities, prioritizes child safety, maintains an orderly space, and helps create an inclusive and supportive setting. The position offers hands-on experience and training for people exploring education, leadership, or other career paths. The schedule is part-time, Monday through Friday, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The pay rate is $15.00 per hour. Weekends are not required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Must successfully complete a background check as required by the state childcare licensing agency.
- Must be flexible and reliable and ready to help where needed.
