About The Position

The After School Field Ops Assistant is a flexible, on-demand role focused on quality assurance. The assistant visits local school sites to ensure programs run smoothly and meet HOKALI’s standards. The role involves applying knowledge of ASES and ELOP guidelines, supporting program operations, coordinating lesson plans, managing site documentation, and securely handling confidential school and student information.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Proven experience in Field Operations or a similar coordinator role.
• Direct experience working in a school or after-school environment.
• Solid understanding of ASES and ELOP program frameworks.
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Use knowledge of ASES and ELOP guidelines to help ensure regulatory and operational compliance across sites.
• Visit partner schools during designated hours to oversee program execution, introduce yourself to school staff and instructors, and support live classroom operations.
• Manage the end-to-end creation, tracking, and review of lesson plans.
• Attend weekly alignment meetings with the Operations Coordinator to review priorities and independently build a site visitation schedule.
• Oversee site administrative tasks, including record-keeping, sign-out sheet tracking, and required session documentation.
• Securely maintain and handle confidential program information, school directories, location details, and student data.
