About The Position

HOKALI simplifies how schools book, organize, and manage after-school programs and camps through a platform that helps schools find and book onsite programs. The After School Field Ops Assistant is a flexible, on-demand role focused on quality assurance at local school sites. The role ensures programs run smoothly and meet HOKALI standards, supports live classroom operations, coordinates lesson plans, and manages site records and confidential program information. The position is located in Corona-Norco, California, with a dynamic hourly schedule during the 1:00 PM–6:00 PM window based on weekly operational demand. Compensation is $35 per hour.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Proven experience in Field Operations or a similar coordinator role.
• Direct experience working in a school or after-school environment (required).
• Solid understanding of ASES and ELOP program frameworks.
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Use ASES and ELOP guidelines to ensure regulatory and operational compliance across all sites.
• Visit partner schools during designated hours to oversee program execution, introduce yourself to school staff and instructors, and support live classroom operations.
• Manage the creation, tracking, and review of lesson plans to maintain program quality and educational standards.
• Attend weekly alignment meetings with the Operations Coordinator to review priorities and independently build a site visitation schedule.
• Oversee site administrative tasks, including accurate record-keeping, tracking sign-out sheets, and managing required session documentation.
• Securely maintain and handle confidential program information, school directories, location details, and student data.
