About The Position

HOKALI is a platform that helps schools book, organize, and manage after-school programs and camps. The After School Field Ops Assistant is a flexible, on-demand quality-assurance role responsible for visiting local school sites to help ensure programs run smoothly and meet HOKALI’s standards. The role is based in Corona-Norco, California, with site visits scheduled within a flexible 1:00 PM–6:00 PM window according to weekly operational demand. The stated rate is $35 per hour.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Proven experience in field operations or a similar coordinator role.
• Direct experience working in a school or after-school environment.
• Solid understanding of ASES and ELOP program frameworks.
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Use knowledge of ASES and ELOP guidelines to support regulatory and operational compliance across sites.
• Visit partner schools during designated hours to oversee program delivery, introduce yourself to school staff and instructors, and support classroom operations.
• Manage the creation, tracking, and review of lesson plans to maintain program quality and educational standards.
• Attend weekly alignment meetings with the Operations Coordinator to review priorities and independently build a site visitation schedule.
• Oversee site administrative tasks, including record-keeping, sign-out sheet tracking, and session documentation.
• Securely handle confidential program information, school directories, location details, and student data.
