After Hours RN-Weekend Status
About The Position
Responsible for the care of hospice patients during non-business hours including, but not limited to: triaging patient phone calls, providing skilled nursing interventions and supportive care in the patient’s place of residents for evening and night after hours duty in accordance with the patient’s respective plan of care and based on need. Provide support and follow-through to the patient’s family during any actively dying and/or death visit for the hospice team. This position works every Saturday & Sunday 8am - 6 pm with applicable shift differentials. This position will be located in our Grand Forks office and serve the surrounding communities.
Requirements
- Minimum of RN degree.
- Current RN Licensure in North Dakota and Minnesota (or willing to obtain dual licensure).
- Current driver's license and auto insurance.
- Strong clinical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to problem-solve independently.
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred.
- At least one-year recent hospital, nursing home or homecare/hospice experience.
