About The Position
One Community Health is seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide family medicine services at its clinic in The Dalles, Oregon. The position provides comprehensive family medicine care to the provider’s own panel of patients in a collaborative environment alongside experienced clinicians. This is a full-time role scheduled four days per week, with 32 patient-contact hours and eight hours of clinical asynchronous care time.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school and current board certification in the specialty field.
- Current Oregon NP or PA license in good standing.
- DEA licensure in good standing.
- At least one year of professional clinical experience in family practice or a related field.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.
- Experience with Epic EMR software.
- Current Washington NP or PA license for telehealth visits.
Responsibilities
