About The Position

Epic Health is hiring a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner to join its Metro Detroit multi-specialty practice. The role will support a new Warren location, with possible consideration for other Metro Detroit locations. The position is on-site, and the anticipated start date is November/December 2026. Recruitment is beginning in preparation for the Warren location launch. The Advanced Practice Provider delivers patient-centered care across the lifespan in a fast-paced clinical setting. During training, the schedule is Monday through Friday with 8-hour shifts. After training, there is an option to transition to a four-day, 10-hour schedule. Background checks are required.

Requirements

Current Michigan PA or FNP licensure (required).
Master’s degree in a related field.
Ability to provide compassionate patient care and commitment to continued learning.
Experience in a fast-paced environment and ability to adapt while prioritizing patient outcomes.
Background check is required.

Nice To Haves

2–5 years of experience in primary care and pediatrics (preferred).

Responsibilities

Examine patients, gather health histories, and evaluate physical condition to make diagnoses and treatment decisions.
Prescribe therapy or medications with physician approval and coordinate care to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
Administer and interpret diagnostic tests, including x-rays, EKGs, and laboratory work.
Counsel patients on health regimens, growth and development, family planning, and preventive care.
Perform procedures including injections, suturing, wound care, and immunizations.
Supervise and coordinate technicians and assistants.
