About The Position

One Community Health is seeking a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner to join its Primary Care team. The role provides primary care and urgent care at the clinic in Hood River, Oregon, and supports clinic operations. The provider will see an average of 14–18 patients per day. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with a flexible schedule. The role may require travel to and support of other One Community Health centers when requested.

The position offers a base salary of $130,000 plus an RVU bonus program. Bilingual English-Spanish proficiency is compensated at an additional $0.75 per hour. Mileage reimbursement is provided in accordance with One Community Health policy.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school.
• Current board certification in the specialty field.
• Current Oregon license and DEA licensure in good standing.
• Ability to adapt to varying schedules.
• Ability and willingness to travel and support other One Community Health centers when requested.

Nice To Haves

• Three years of professional clinical experience in family or general practice.
• Experience with electronic practice management and electronic health records (EMR), preferably Epic.
• Experience working in an FQHC or look-alike.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
