About The Position

Join our team and help adults build the skills they need to live more independent, fulfilling lives. We are looking for an energetic and compassionate Group Leader to facilitate engaging, structured groups in a supportive day treatment setting. Enjoy a consistent daytime schedule with no nights or weekends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field required
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others
• Valid Florida driver's license, auto insurance and own transportation vehicle required.
• Must pass a Level 2 background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in mental health, substance use, or group facilitation preferred
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging groups focused on coping skills, wellness, and daily living
• Foster a supportive, positive environment for client growth
• Complete simple, timely documentation
• Collaborate with a supportive, team-oriented staff
