About The Position

The Park Nicollet Behavioral Health Department is comprised of a large, multidisciplinary team of clinicians who provide comprehensive mental health services to patients in Minnesota. We are seeking an Adult Therapist for our outpatient practice in Maple Grove. The patient population presents with a broad range of concerns including but not limited to anxiety, depression, mood disorders, work/school issues, relationship issues, ADHD, trauma and chemical use/misuse. This role involves providing evidence-based care to adults.

Requirements

• Experience assessing, diagnosing and treating adults (18yo+).
• Training in, and experience with, the provision of evidence-based care to adults.
• Independently licensed, or license eligible, in MN as a Masters level Therapist (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT) or Doctoral Level Psychologist (LP) Psy D or PhD.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong commitment to ethical practices.
• Professional relationship building skills.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, diagnosing and treating adults (18yo+).
• Providing evidence-based care to adults.
• Facilitating partnerships with behavioral health and primary care colleagues to provide patients with high-quality, comprehensive care.
