High Focus Centers in Pottstown is a leading provider of outpatient treatment programs for adults experiencing mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. Our team is committed to delivering individualized, comprehensive treatment that supports each client’s recovery journey. We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Therapist/Counselor to join our Adult Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about supporting adults in a structured therapeutic environment while working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Human Services, or a related field
- Previous counseling or therapy experience required
- Experience working with adult populations strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team
Responsibilities
- Facilitate outpatient group therapy sessions and provide support services for families/support systems as appropriate
- Conduct approximately 6–8 Level of Care Assessments weekly based on program needs
- Maintain one aftercare outpatient therapy group to support clients transitioning to lower levels of care
- Collaborate with clients, families, and treatment team members to develop individualized treatment plans within established timelines
- Participate in clinical team meetings to review and discuss client progress
- Complete insurance reviews and maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
- Collect client co-pays as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
