About The Position

The Park Nicollet Behavioral Health Department is seeking an Adult Therapist for its outpatient practice in Maple Grove, Minnesota. This role involves providing comprehensive mental health services to adults (18yo+) presenting with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, work/school issues, relationship issues, ADHD, trauma, and chemical use/misuse. The therapist will utilize evidence-based care and collaborate with behavioral health and primary care colleagues to ensure high-quality, comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Experience assessing, diagnosing and treating adults (18yo+).
• Training in, and experience with, the provision of evidence-based care to adults.
• Independently licensed, or license eligible, in MN as a Masters level Therapist (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT) or Doctoral Level Psychologist (LP) Psy D or PhD.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong commitment to ethical practices.
• Professional relationship building skills.
