About The Position

The Adoption Stabilization & Preservation Specialist works with children and families to help children safely thrive in their home environments. The specialist teaches skills such as emotion regulation, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and healthy family communication. Working with families, the specialist helps create a safe, stable, flexible, and comfortable environment for all family members. The role also involves helping families build on their strengths and connecting them with community resources. TFI Family Services seeks a compassionate person eager to learn and committed to supporting children and families. Training and support are provided to candidates who are motivated to make a difference. Candidates must complete a Predictive Index assessment, which takes approximately 5–7 minutes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field.
Compassionate, eager to learn, and committed to helping children and families.
Desire to help families grow, learn, and build healthy relationships and responses to one another.
Strong desire to advocate for children and their families.
Complete a Predictive Index assessment.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in adoption services, adoption preservation, or related family support work.
