Role Overview The Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Tech Lead is the senior technical owner responsible for building and scaling Guardian’s marketing analytics platform on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). This role drives the transition from fragmented analytics to a unified, enterprise-grade data model enabling cross-channel insights, attribution, and personalization.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years in digital analytics / MarTech / data engineering
  • 4+ years hands-on with AEP / CJA
  • Experience with enterprise-scale analytics implementations
  • Exposure to regulated environments (insurance, finance, healthcare)
  • Adobe CJA (metrics, dimensions, attribution)
  • AEP (XDM, schemas, identity stitching, ingestion)
  • GA4 data ingestion & reconciliation
  • Data modeling & governance
  • SQL, data validation, QA
  • Strong technical leadership & stakeholder communication

Responsibilities

  • Lead architecture and delivery of AEP and CJA implementations
  • Design schemas, datasets, identity strategy, and data models
  • Manage data ingestion (GA4, marketing tools, first-party sources)
  • Oversee data migration, validation, and quality assurance
  • Define and enforce data governance and platform standards
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure platform performance/stability
  • Act as technical escalation point for analytics/data issues
  • Collaborate with business, IT, and delivery teams
  • Mentor team members and support roadmap planning & estimation
