An Journey Orchestration Lead designs and implements real-time, personalized customer experiences using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). Your role This role will focus on Customer lifecycles, orchestrate multi-channel journeys (email, SMS, push), and use data-driven insights to trigger actions based on behavior. Key tasks include technical integration via APIs/SDKs, data modelling, and performance analysis to optimize engagement. Enable data-driven decision-making by designing, implementing, and operationalizing insights in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to inform campaign optimization and experience design.
