About The Position

The CRM Platform Developer is responsible for bringing marketing ideas to life, connecting millions of fans closer to their passion. This role is central to the execution of personalized marketing campaigns, lifecycle automations, and 1-1 touchpoints within an agile, marketing-led team. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver who enjoys transforming business challenges into smart technical solutions. They should possess curiosity and initiative, actively contribute ideas, stay current with marketing technology trends, and navigate obstacles to deliver meaningful business impact. Experience with omni-channel marketing strategies is beneficial for thoughtfully applying technology to enhance the broader customer experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience designing and creating personalized content and real-time journeys on Marketing Technology platforms, preferably Adobe Experience Platform.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Sharp analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Expertise developing visual components using HTML, CSS, and Handlebars template languages.
  • Familiarity with agile development and related software like Jira.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills enabling effective interaction with various levels of individuals.
  • Ability to work effectively solo or in a team environment.

  • Adobe Journey Optimizer Certifications – Practitioner and Developer
  • Adobe Real-Time CDP Certification – Practitioner and Developer
  • Experience with connecting cloud applications using APIs
  • Experience using CI/CD and repository platforms like GitHub

Responsibilities

  • Propose and execute end-to-end solutions to meet CRM Program goals.
  • Implement schema and data enhancements in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) based on upstream events.
  • Make code and fragment changes in AJO.
  • Modify journey orchestration.
  • Analyze outcomes and performance KPIs.
  • Design and execute A/B and multivariate experiments in content and journeys.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather detailed functional requirements.
  • Translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
  • Coordinate with Technical Leads to develop, test, and deploy solutions to Production environments.
  • Write code and supporting documentation for development projects.
  • Seek new information to solve problems and meet customer experience and marketing performance goals.
  • Analyze gaps and overcome obstacles to create efficient, streamlined automations.
