About The Position

Timberland Ridge Health and Rehabilitation is hiring an Admissions Director to help families find skilled nursing and rehabilitation care after a hospitalization, illness, or fall. The role leads the admissions process, builds trust with prospective patients and families, and helps ensure new patients are set up for success from day one. The Admissions Director works with marketing, regional teams, and facility clinicians, and supports the community’s reputation and goals.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in healthcare sales, admissions, or a business office.
• Ability to strategize, execute, and meet goals.
• Strong communication skills.

• Experience in skilled nursing admissions.

Responsibilities

• Work with marketing, regional teams, and facility clinicians to admit new patients.
• Develop sales collateral that highlights community outcomes.
• Facilitate completion of move-in paperwork and prepare the patient’s administrative file.
• Interact with prospective clients and their families by providing tours, making follow-up calls, hosting events, or using other means.
