About The Position

The Admissions Director manages the facility inquiry and admissions process and coordinates and implements facility sales and marketing programs. The role also manages tours, personal visits, and assessments. The position is responsible for business development, developing professional relationships, leading sales strategies, overseeing admissions, and coordinating sales and admission events.

Requirements

Clinical, healthcare, or related industry experience.
At least two years of experience in outside sales, business development, marketing, or a related field.
Ability to maintain regular attendance.

Experience in healthcare-related lead generation.
Experience in a post-acute or acute organization.
Clinical or healthcare leadership experience.
Knowledge of the healthcare delivery system, including levels of care and reimbursement models.

Responsibilities

Manage the facility inquiry and admissions process.
Coordinate and implement facility sales and marketing programs.
Manage tours, personal visits, and assessments.
Conduct market analysis, generate qualified leads, and make sales calls on behalf of assigned centers to meet sales plan targets.
Develop relationships with medical, insurance, legal, and financial professionals and lead sales strategies to promote services and clinical expertise.
Oversee the facility’s admissions function and coordinate external events to position centers as providers of choice.
Coordinate all sales and admissions events within the PCC/CRM.
