About The Position

Arlington Regional Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to join its patient-care team. The role coordinates with patients and their families to ensure facility admission requirements are met and verifies insurance coverage. The Admissions Coordinator also acts as a liaison to managed care companies, facilitating admissions, hospital returns, and referral source coordination. Requirements

• One year of experience in a Business Office or Admissions Office in a medical setting is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to maintain quality and safety standards.
• General computer skills, including data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.
• Ability to work closely and professionally with others.
