Admissions and Referral Intake Specialist
About The Position
The Admissions and Referral Intake Specialist supports admissions to the facility, in-house transfers, and discharge processing for the Skilled Nursing, TCU, and Assisted Living programs. The role works collaboratively in a team-based setting with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, referral agencies, discharge planners, social workers, and in-house staff to achieve budgeted census levels. The specialist also assists the Mount Leadership Team with outreach activities to enhance the ministry’s visibility in the greater community. This is a full-time position requiring work at least one weekend day per week. Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in long-term care, clinical case management, and admissions.
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service, business development, or sales environment.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Human Services.
