About The Position

Bellbrook is seeking a full-time AL/IL Administrator for its community in Rochester Hills, Michigan. Bellbrook is a member of Trinity Health Senior Communities (THSC), a multi-institutional Catholic health care delivery system with more than 40 communities in multiple states. The Administrator plans, organizes, and directs the residence program’s overall operations in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, as well as established policies and procedures. The role supervises the residence’s day-to-day operations and activities.

Requirements

• Administrator experience with HFA/AL/IL.
• 3–5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct the overall operations of the residence program in accordance with applicable standards, guidelines, regulations, and established policies and procedures.
• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the residence and all activities at the residence.
