About The Position

The Shared Services Administrator delivers accurate, timely data entry and routine transaction processing through P&C shared services queues, maintaining employee records and following established procedures. The role processes approved employee lifecycle transactions—including onboarding, transfers, job changes, leaves, terminations, and data corrections—and provides standard status updates. The administrator follows documented procedures, requests missing information, and routes exceptions, policy interpretation, and approval decisions to the regional Manager. This business support role offers a foundation for a career in Human Resources shared services. Based onsite in Greensboro, North Carolina, with a hybrid designation, the role also provides in-person employee support and coordinates local onboarding, temporary-worker milestones, recognition, training logistics, and site administration. The position requires adherence to confidentiality, access, and records-retention requirements and maintenance of a complete audit trail for each transaction. Performance is measured by data entry accuracy, transaction turnaround, SLA attainment, processing volume, rework rate, and documentation completeness.
