About The Position

Ignite Medical Resort Huntersville is seeking an Administrator in Training for a General Manager (Licensed LTC Administrator) pathway. The role is intended for someone who wants to grow into a Nursing Home Administrator position and contribute to a skilled rehabilitation facility. The ideal candidate demonstrates leadership potential, initiative, accountability, and strong organizational skills, and is motivated, eager to learn, comfortable making decisions, customer-service-oriented, and able to lead and mentor a team independently in a hospitality-focused environment. Prior healthcare or long-term-care experience would be beneficial.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in healthcare administration, social work, business administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated leadership potential, initiative, accountability, and organizational skills.
• Genuine interest in growing into a Nursing Home Administrator role.
• Motivation and eagerness to learn.
• Comfort with decision-making.
• Customer-service mindset.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team independently.
• Prior healthcare or long-term-care experience is beneficial.
