About The Position

ProSidian is seeking an Administrative Support Assistant for the Technical Qualification Program (TQP) Management/Analysis, Administrative Operations, Records & FOIA, Travel & Timekeeping, and Data / Document Support. This is a full-time, exempt position with no overtime pay, located on-site at a client location in the Mountain West / Southwestern Region, specifically North Las Vegas, Nevada, with potential work in Mercury, Nevada. The role supports a federal agency overseeing secure nuclear operations in a mission-critical, clearance-controlled federal environment. The position is aligned with the GSA Labor Category: Principal Associate and requires experience in the Nuclear Energy/Security Sector. The core responsibilities include organizing work, producing accurate records, closing actions, managing daily operations, analyzing qualifications, streamlining administration, strengthening readiness, protecting continuity, and sustaining compliant nuclear-security mission performance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum target: 1-3 years of administrative or office support experience.
  • Reliable administrative professional with demonstrated document production, office coordination, customer service, deadline management, records handling, and database accuracy.
  • Must independently prioritize multiple assignments, maintain confidentiality, adapt to changing workload, and collaborate across federal and contractor organizations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, Teams, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat.
  • Proficiency with standard office equipment.
  • Understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, especially Microsoft Office.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Proficient in Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools as needed.
  • Commitment to work with intelligent, interesting people with diverse backgrounds to solve significant challenges.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration, office management, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Federal/DOE experience preferred.
  • FOIA/records exposure preferred.
  • Experience in a regulated setting preferred.
  • Government-office experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative support across the Office of the Manager and assistant-manager organizations.
  • Prepare, revise, format, proofread, print, and route technical and nontechnical documents, correspondence, reports, basic spreadsheets, and presentation slides.
  • Answer phones; schedule calendars, appointments, meetings, and rooms; prepare agendas and record minutes.
  • Distribute physical mail; photocopy and scan; compile reports; maintain records; perform accurate data entry.
  • Create domestic/foreign travel reservations, authorizations, and vouchers; assist with timekeeping reviews and reminders.
  • Operate correspondence, action/issue, FOIA, and other administrative databases; maintain FOIA logs and complete request records within Government timeframes.
  • Cross-train, rotate coverage, and provide absence backfill and authorized event support.
