About The Position

ProSidian is seeking a Senior Training & Qualification Analyst with expertise in Technical Qualification Program (TQP) Management and Analysis, Training Analysis, Nuclear Facility Qualification, and Assessment & Continuous Improvement. This role provides support for a Federal Agency overseeing secure nuclear operations in a mission-critical, clearance-controlled federal environment. The position is located in North Las Vegas, Nevada, with potential work in Mercury, Nevada, and across the Mountain West/Southwestern Region. This is a full-time, exempt position with no overtime pay. The role focuses on providing administrative office support for TQP management analysis, aligning with the Technical Qualification Program, Training Analysis, Nuclear Facility Qualification, and Assessment & Continuous Improvement functional areas within the Nuclear Energy/Security Industry Sector. The work supports clients such as the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE/NNSA | NFO). The analyst will be responsible for analyzing qualification needs, building defensible programs, assessing performance, strengthening technical readiness, analyzing qualifications, streamlining administration, protecting continuity, and sustaining compliant nuclear-security mission performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required in training/education, engineering, nuclear science, safety, organizational development, or a related discipline.
  • Target 7-10+ years of progressively responsible training/qualification experience.
  • Direct DOE 426.2, DOE-STD-1070-94, FTCP/TQP, SSO, FR, and/or STSM experience strongly preferred.
  • Senior training and qualification professional with DOE/NNSA or comparable nuclear-facility experience.
  • Demonstrated command of the systematic approach to training, technical qualification governance, assessment methods, examination development, qualification standards, and adult learning.
  • Must translate directives into auditable programs, facilitate SMEs and candidates, and deliver defensible technical products independently.
  • Proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office (advanced in Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Proficient in Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio.
  • Ability to quickly learn other tools as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Apply the systematic approach to training for procurement, development, delivery, evaluation, and program administration.
  • Develop and maintain exam banks, qualification standards, qualification cards, individual continuing-training plans, training packages, self-study materials, and course materials.
  • Support DOE 426.2 (or successor) assessments under DOE-STD-1070-94.
  • Analyze requirements and provide policy, procedure, standards, implementation-plan, meeting, and reporting support for FTCP and TQP.
  • Design and evaluate qualification/training for Safety System Oversight, Facility Representative, and Senior Technical Safety Manager programs.
  • Mentor Facility Representatives; prepare candidates for written exams, oral boards, evaluated walkthroughs, and final qualification documentation.
  • Conduct training needs/position/KSA analyses; acquire, maintain, upgrade, or develop courses; create reporting and continuous-training products.
  • Evaluate and implement automation/process-improvement tools for training and qualification workflows.
