This role is responsible for managing the “guest experience” and creating the all-important “first impression” of Ravago. The incumbent will handle a variety of clerical duties including welcoming visitors, directing them, answering and screening phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents. Key tasks involve maintaining office security, managing general office files, assisting with office supply and equipment ordering, creating maintenance work orders, and supporting local employee engagement events. The position also involves backing up the Office Services Coordinator, handling mail and packages, printing and mailing invoices, managing weekly parking passes, communicating with Property Management, and supporting new hires and employee-related events on the 15th floor.
