Responsible for managing the “guest experience” who creates the all-important “first impression” of Ravago. This role involves welcoming visitors, directing them, and performing various clerical duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing documents. The Administrative Receptionist will also maintain office security, manage office files, assist with ordering supplies and equipment, create maintenance work orders, and support local employee engagement events. The position also includes backing up the Office Services Coordinator, handling mail and packages, printing and mailing invoices, assisting with office upkeep, managing parking passes, communicating with Property Management, and supporting new hires and other employee-related events on the 15th floor.
