About The Position

The Receptionist / Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing incoming calls for a dealership group, greeting customers and visitors, and directing them to the appropriate departments. This role involves collaborating with sales and internal teams to support daily operations, communicating effectively with callers and in-person visitors, and preparing various documents such as memos, correspondence, and reports. Additionally, the assistant will help with scheduling and confirming sales appointments and perform other administrative duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and be reliable, punctual, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
