In this key role, you will help strengthen the integrity and effectiveness of our Child Welfare Federal Programs & Grants unit by preparing reports, organizing documentation, maintaining critical records, time administration and supporting compliance efforts. Your work ensures accuracy, accountability, and seamless coordination within a unit that plays a vital role within the agency. Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative secretarial support to five programs and provide assistance to staff in the assigned programs to meet program needs.
  • Documents information for Unit Administrator and unit staff related to daily work activities in multiple databases as well as developing reports as needed from those data bases.
  • Monitor daily reports for updates and collect information to provide reminders to section managers.
  • Screens and handles emails, calls, and mail and answers questions regarding office procedures and services.
  • Serves as payroll and time data entry administrator or back up auditor as needed.
