This is a full-time position located at the State Library in Baton Rouge, LA. The Administrative Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Library Development (LD) Division of the State Library of Louisiana. The LD Division delivers services to all public library systems and state institutions across Louisiana, and this position supports communications and operations that are ongoing and frequently statewide in scope. This role supports the Associate State Librarian and LD staff, coordinates youth services and institutional programs, and ensures effective recordkeeping and administrative functions. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic, service-oriented environment.
