About The Position

Baylor University is seeking a Part-Time Temporary Administrative Associate. This position specifically supports the mission by assisting Undergraduate Admissions in the form of data entry, data clean up, outgoing and incoming mail processing, and/or general office duties. Requirements

  • A high school diploma and one year of relevant experience are required.
  • Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a Full-Time basis.

Nice To Haves

  • An associate's degree and three years of relevant experience are preferred.
  • Additional education or experience will be considered in lieu of one another.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and enter data from incoming high school transcripts
  • Collect and enter data from information cards collected at college fairs, high school visits and campus visits
  • Assist with operational projects and data clean up
  • Electronically index and file all documents into student folders
  • Sort and separate all incoming mail
  • Assisting with all other task as assigned
  • Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission
  • Ability to comply with University policies
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance
