About The Position

Financial Grade is a leading Field Marketing Organization (FMO), and our Senior Consultants provide licensed independent Medicare insurance agents with our FMO tools and guidance needed to succeed in the Medicare market. We’re looking for an Entry Level Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This role is key in ensuring our agents and representatives are properly contracted, licensed, and supported while helping to build strong partnerships that fuel our success.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Business or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Professional, dependable, and adaptable to change
• Detail-driven with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Customer service mindset with problem-solving abilities

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of the insurance industry a plus (but not required)

Responsibilities

• Managing contracting for all internal and external agents
• Following up on lead inquiries
• Ensuring all in-house representatives maintain active and up-to-date licenses
• Onboarding new agents
• Acquiring and maintaining state licenses and carrier appointments
• Assisting with agent certifications and compliance requirements
• Acting as the first point of contact for agent questions, concerns, and needs
• Fulfilling agent orders and coordinating kit shipments
• Communicating carrier updates, training opportunities, and scheduling webinars
• Supporting agent events, conferences, and relationship-building initiatives
• Serving as a liaison between agents, carriers, and company leadership
• Maintaining accurate records, activity logs, and training manuals
• Providing exceptional customer service to agents and clients
