This role serves as a liaison to employees, tenants, and vendors, projecting a positive and professional image. The position also involves coordinating programs and activities for residents, serving as a liaison to community agencies, developing a resource directory, sponsoring educational events, and implementing health services. The Administrative Assistant will assist residents in acquiring and utilizing community services, ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity, and maintain appropriate professional boundaries to help residents age in place successfully. This role requires managing time independently, working autonomously and as part of a team, and responding to communications in a timely and professional manner.
