Under the administrative direction of the Police Chief, performs clerical tasks and functions required in preparation of routine correspondence and reports. Performs a variety of advanced level administrative support and complex clerical duties as needed to expedite the administrative processes of the Rawlins Police Department. Receives and processes departmental documents, maintains office records and files; maintains administrator schedules and calendar, composes correspondence, etc. Serves as Secretary to Boards and Commissions as assigned. Performs as part of a team to accomplish the Rawlins Police Department's mission.
