The Administrative Assistant (“AA”) is responsible for answering the phones, greeting and assisting the clients, scheduling and confirming appointments, conducting HBW confirmations and processing attendance forms. The successful candidate will have the flexibility to handle a wide range of assignments depending on the needs of the local office, NACA’s on-going local advocacy activities, and other duties as assigned. S/he must be able to multi-task given the numerous responsibilities and the likelihood of being the only administrative person in the office. The position requires very strong administrative skills in a fast paced environment with the ability to multi-task.
