This role involves performing data entry, answering and screening telephone inquiries, preparing and maintaining various reports and records, functioning as the unit timekeeper, processing purchase orders, typing correspondence and documents, providing program and agency information, greeting visitors, and promoting cultural diversity. The position also requires attending continuing education, communicating with a supervisor, and participating in in-service training.
