This role supports the SVP GMM and five MM's by managing their schedules, coordinating travel, processing expenses, and responding to inquiries. The position involves interfacing with various customers on complex or confidential matters, collaborating with other departments to resolve issues, and potentially providing functional guidance to other Associates. The Administrative Assistant IV will also analyze operating practices, revise systems and procedures, organize files and record-keeping systems, and oversee administrative projects. Key duties include organizing meetings, printing and disseminating reports, timekeeping, providing back-up support to other administrators, managing documents and spreadsheets, supporting meetings and sessions, assisting with training and conferences, and completing special projects. The role also involves planning and participating in division initiatives like Inclusion and Diversity and Team Building events.
