AECOM is seeking an Administrative Assistant to be based in Waterloo, IA. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Prepares or proofs correspondence, forms, spreadsheets, or documents, schedules meetings, makes travel arrangements, and/or maintains inventory of office supplies. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within technical writing, communications, or marketing fields. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish more complicated goals. Uses Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Bluebeam and other programs to accomplish work. Manager of Administrative Department personnel in office. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skills. Site Safety, Health, and Environment Representative. Includes being the Office Safety Liaison responsible for creating Safe Work Plans for Office Projects. Support Administrative staff in Preparation of proposals and business development documents as well as Technical Specifications and Reports with information provided by technical staff. Administrative Assistant support for Office Manager. Assist with Contract Development with information provided by Office Manager. Completes payables for office expenses using corporate procedures with support of Office Manager.
