About The Position

Responsible for providing the assigned department or individual with administrative and research support, which includes assisting the general public by phone, email or written correspondence. Provides clerical and administrative support for the assigned department or individual; filing and archival preparation; data input and extraction.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of experience in an office, business, government accounting, or related field
  • Must possess/maintain appropriate certifications for assigned department
  • Depending on the needs of the assigned department, certification as a Notary Clerk may be required
  • Must submit to/pass background check and drug screen
