About The Position

This position is responsible for providing administrative and research support to an assigned department or individual. The role involves assisting the general public via phone, email, or written correspondence, as well as providing clerical and administrative support, filing, data input, and extraction.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years of experience in an office, business, government accounting, or related field.
  • Must possess/maintain appropriate certifications for assigned department.
  • Certification as a Notary Clerk may be required depending on the needs of the assigned department.
  • Must submit to/pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative and research support to the assigned department or individual.
  • Assisting the general public by phone, email, or written correspondence.
  • Providing clerical and administrative support.
  • Filing and archival preparation.
  • Data input and extraction.
