About The Position

1Resource Group has a great opportunity with a growing company. We are looking for a Admin/Customer Service Repo in Baytown, Texas. The Admin/CSR is responsible for providing administrative support while delivering excellent customer service. This role serves as a key point of contact between customers, internal teams, and management, ensuring smooth daily operations and high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service and/or administrative roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional and positive attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus
  • Experience in manufacturing, chemical, or industrial environments

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Process orders, returns, and customer requests accurately
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
  • Provide product/service information and support
  • Perform general office tasks (filing, data entry, document management)
  • Maintain and update customer records and databases
  • Assist with scheduling, appointments, and calendar management
  • Prepare reports, invoices, and correspondence
  • Support internal departments with administrative needs
  • Liaise between customers, sales team, and operations
  • Track order status and ensure timely delivery
  • Assist in inventory coordination or order tracking (if applicable)
  • Communicate updates and issues to management
