Job Summary Customer Service Specialist is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the customer service situations for the agency and agents. Job Description Customer Service Specialist duties include intake and resolution of customer service needs to and for clients and agents with swift resolution and clear communication/documentation. Customer Service Specialist must be efficient in compiling data to make assessments on swift resolution with an eagerness to help make a difference for each member and agent.

Responsibilities

  • Organized handling and ownership of the customer service role.
  • Interacting with customers, carriers and Willamette Valley Benefits Staff to handle customer queries and complaints.
  • Quoting / explaining benefits and provider networks all within a timely manner
  • Maintaining relationships and clear communication on all fronts.
  • Data Entry, filing, processing mail and other tasks as needed.
