About The Position

The College of Engineering and Technology at Grand Canyon University (GCU) is seeking passionate and engaging faculty to teach part-time, face-to-face instruction at its Phoenix campus for the Fall 2026 semester. Adjunct faculty are expected to be energetic advisors committed to student growth academically, spiritually, and personally. They should be experts in their fields and passionate educators and collaborators who enhance the college experience. This role involves facilitating classroom lectures, engaging students, assessing performance, and mentoring success, all while upholding GCU's Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement, and Mission.

Requirements

  • Master's in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline with electronics experience
  • Attach unofficial transcript reflecting degree earned with 18 graduate credit hours in the areas listed above
  • Attach unofficial transcripts for any applicable conferred graduate degrees
