About The Position
The College of Engineering and Technology at Grand Canyon University (GCU) is seeking passionate faculty members to teach part-time, face-to-face instruction at its Phoenix campus for the Fall 2026 semester. This role involves facilitating classroom lectures and discussions, engaging students in learning course objectives, assessing student performance, and mentoring their success. Adjunct faculty are expected to provide a positive example by supporting the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement, and Mission. GCU is a Christ-centered higher education institution that integrates faith, learning, and work, and values diversity among its students, faculty, and staff.
Requirements
- Master's in Mechanical Engineering OR Master's in Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering or related engineering discipline
- Attach unofficial transcript reflecting degree earned with 18 graduate credit hours in the areas listed above
- Attach unofficial transcripts for any applicable conferred graduate degrees
