About The Position

Crestwood Associates is seeking an Acumatica Consultant focused on construction. The consultant plans and manages all aspects of Acumatica Cloud ERP implementations, serving as a key advisor, product advocate, and implementation resource. The role includes providing functional support to Acumatica clients, collaborating with implementation teams, and delivering end-to-end ERP projects. Consultants work with business modules including Financials, Distribution, Project, Field Service, Construction, and Payroll.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, accounting, or a related field.
At least 5 years of Acumatica software experience.
At least 7 years of software implementation experience across various ERP software solutions.

Responsibilities

Provide ongoing functional support to Acumatica clients in support of the Crestwood Support Team.
Work independently on implementation tasks and collaborate with the implementation team to meet client business needs and expectations.
Prioritize and plan individual calendars and schedules, coordinating client- and Crestwood-facing meetings and calls.
Serve as an Acumatica ERP systems analyst for solution implementations and issue resolution.
Implement multiple suites of Acumatica modules, with working knowledge and experience in the relevant business modules, including Financials, Distribution, Project, Field Service, Construction, and Payroll.
Participate in end-to-end project implementation, from client introductions and kickoff through training, configuration workshops, data migrations, acceptance testing, go-live preparations, and go-live support.
Maintain weekly project documentation and time and expense entries for project management and invoice processing.
Obtain appropriate third-party certifications as applicable and become certified and expert in assigned software systems, including any publisher-required certifications.
Keep Crestwood team members informed about software capabilities released or previewed by publishers.
Continuously develop professional skills through books, seminars, training sessions, and other learning activities.
Participate in team meetings and lunch-and-learn sessions by sharing publisher releases and features, tips and tricks, support and bug resolutions, and implementation walkthroughs.
