About The Position

Crestwood Associates is a provider of accounting and business management solutions, including ERP, eCommerce, and cloud-based solutions for mid-sized businesses. Acumatica Implementation Consultants plan and manage all aspects of Acumatica Cloud ERP implementations, serving as key advisors, product advocates, and implementation resources. This role supports manufacturing-focused implementations and clients, with remote work listed as the location.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, accounting, or a related field.
At least 5 years of Acumatica software experience.
At least 7 years of software implementation experience across various ERP software solutions.
Strong working knowledge and experience with relevant Acumatica business modules; Financials experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Provide ongoing functional support to Acumatica clients in support of the Crestwood Support Team.
Complete implementation tasks independently and collaborate with the implementation team to meet client business needs and expectations.
Prioritize and plan individual calendars and schedules, coordinating client- and Crestwood-facing meetings and calls.
Serve as an Acumatica ERP systems analyst for solution implementations and issue resolution.
Implement multiple suites of Acumatica modules, including Financials, Distribution, Project, Field Service, Manufacturing, and Payroll.
Participate throughout the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, including client introductions, kickoff, training, configuration workshops, data migrations, acceptance testing, go-live preparation, and go-live support.
Maintain weekly project documentation and time and expense entries for project management and invoice processing.
Obtain appropriate third-party certifications and software publisher certifications as applicable.
Develop expertise in assigned software systems and keep Crestwood colleagues informed about publisher pre-release system capabilities.
Continuously develop professional skills through books, seminars, training sessions, and other learning activities.
Participate in team meetings and lunch-and-learn sessions by sharing product releases, new features, tips and tricks, support and bug resolution, and implementation walkthroughs.
