About The Position

NDM is seeking an Activities Supervisor for the Jimmy Buffett-inspired Margaritaville Resort Orlando. NDM is a family-owned hospitality business expanding from food and beverage into vacation rentals, with a focus on combining vacation-home comforts with consistent, resort-style accommodations, services, and amenities. The Activities Supervisor organizes and hosts activities listed on the monthly calendar, welcomes and assists guests at the Fins Up Beach Club, and helps maintain guest access, safety, and enjoyment. The role also involves inventory management, cash handling and point-of-sale duties at Sundries Retail, dispatching guests down slides, monitoring team-member performance, and leading and communicating effectively with the team.

Requirements

At least 3 to 6 months of leadership experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
Comfort speaking into a microphone to large crowds.
Must be able to pass CPR and First Aid certifications within a timely manner.
Must be able to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma preferred.
Experience in recreational hospitality, cruise ships, summer camps, or as a DJ.
Experience in a theme park setting.

Responsibilities

Organize and host daily activities listed in the monthly activity calendar.
Welcome and assist guests entering the Fins Up Beach Club.
Follow policies and procedures to ensure guest and member access, safety, and enjoyment.
Ensure inventory needs are met.
Handle cash and operate the point-of-sale system at Sundries Retail.
Dispatch guests down slides and monitor team-member performance.
Lead by example and inspire motivation among team members.
Maintain effective communication with team members about club operations and guest or member issues.
