About The Position

The Shift Supervisor at Air Margaritaville is expected to provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and team members while representing Paradies Lagardère positively. Requirements

Maintain a positive, professional company image and follow the TRIFIC values.
Follow grooming and uniform guidelines, including wearing slip-resistant shoes.
Use correct cleaning chemicals for designated items according to OSHA regulations.
Comply with applicable food-safety laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and team members.
Exceed First Class Service standards and behavior with guests, business partners, and peers.
Follow grooming and uniform guidelines, including wearing slip-resistant shoes.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas, using designated cleaning chemicals according to OSHA regulations.
Ensure equipment is clean and working, and report issues to management.
Coordinate with kiosks and the shared kitchen to keep grab-and-go products stocked and available for sale.
Load product carts and deliver products efficiently to restaurants, kiosks, and retail stores.
Maintain stock areas and rotate products.
Perform light maintenance.
Remove trash and garbage to designated areas.
Assist team members with stocking items as needed.
Comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including food-safety requirements.
Help receive products and store inventory promptly and properly.
