About The Position
Seeking an experienced Actimize IFM Developer with strong JavaScript skills to design, develop, enhance, and support fraud detection and anti-financial-crime solutions. The role uses the NICE Actimize IFM platform for rule development, alert generation, case management, and custom JavaScript implementations that support fraud monitoring and risk management. The developer will configure Actimize modules and workflows, build and maintain detection strategies and business rules, develop JavaScript solutions, integrate applications with external systems, and work with databases and data-integration processes. The role also includes troubleshooting, performance tuning, production support, system upgrades and migrations, collaboration with business and compliance teams, Agile delivery, documentation, testing, and deployment support.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in NICE Actimize IFM development.
- Strong JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and API-integration experience.
- Experience with Actimize AIS, RCM, IFM-X, and Case Management.
- Strong SQL skills with Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of fraud-detection models and transaction monitoring.
- Experience with Linux/Unix environments.
- Knowledge of XML, JSON, REST, and SOAP services.
- Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in AML, fraud, financial-crimes compliance, or banking domains.
- Knowledge of Java/J2EE development.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Understanding of machine-learning-based fraud-detection solutions.
- Experience with Kafka or event-driven architectures.
- NICE Actimize certifications.
- Financial-services or banking-domain experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement fraud detection solutions using the NICE Actimize IFM platform.
- Configure and customize Actimize modules, workflows, alerts, and case-management functionality.
- Develop and maintain detection strategies, business rules, thresholds, and monitoring scenarios.
- Support fraud-prevention, AML, and financial-crime initiatives.
- Troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, tune performance, and provide production support.
- Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and environment management.
- Develop custom JavaScript scripts and solutions within the Actimize framework.
- Create reusable components and utilities for fraud-detection processes.
- Integrate Actimize applications with external systems using APIs and web services.
- Develop data-transformation and validation logic; optimize code for performance and maintainability.
- Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
- Analyze large datasets for fraud detection and reporting.
- Support ETL and data-integration efforts, including data validation and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with Fraud Analysts, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Compliance teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
- Prepare technical documentation and knowledge-transfer materials.
- Support UAT, SIT, and production deployments.
