About The Position

HUB International is seeking an Accounts Receivables Administrator to join their Western Canadian Team, reporting to the Credit Supervisor. This role is responsible for communicating with finance companies and internal staff to analyze contract information, solve problems, and ensure timely posting of contracts to client accounts receivables. The administrator will also process bad debt files for collection and address any other receivables concerns from branches. Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of regional finance contracts, reconcile them against client accounts, identify discrepancies, and communicate them to internal staff for corrections.
  • Ensure adherence to credit procedures and protect the company’s interest.
  • Review shared mailboxes to ensure contracts are processed daily and deadlines are met.
  • Manage and maintain the finance company spreadsheet data.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for branches and finance companies.
  • Assist with reporting aged accounts receivable to internal staff monthly.
  • Manage collection files and liaise with third-party collection agencies for submissions and recoveries, as well as statement reconciliation.
  • Assist the Credit Team with other duties or projects as assigned.
